Stamp Classes
I took a class recently to learn more about stamping and hosting my own classes. It was such a great experience stamping with the two Alisons!

Still Stamping...
I haven't posted in awhile but I have still been stamping lots and have lots of share. Today I wanted to show you a bunch of cards that I made at a retreat I attended almost two months ago. Those cards on the left are Christmas cards. The lower left use the festive flurry stamp set and framelits, which I know I will be using for years to come. The top left is a simply sent card pack that I just love. It is so cute and simple. In the right, I wanted to point out the "Wahoo" card. It came with the September paper pumpkin kit, its such a fun congratulations card.
Thanks for following me as I learn more about cardmaking and stamping. It's so fun and I hope you to stamp with you soon too!

Mom & Me Pumpkin Night
Last night I hosted a Mom & Me night for Paper Pumpkin. The kids did the project. It was so much fun. Adam (5) did such a great job putting the card project together, he loved it! Katie (4, my dd) decided to stray from the suggested design. I think it turned out really well!
Thanks for a great night Julie, Adam & Katie, I'm looking forward to next month.

Happy Birthday!
Tonight I've made birthday card to for a card swap. I started to make a similar card a week or so ago but got too frustrated with trying to cut straight lines with the cutter I had. I purchased the cutter awhile ago at a craft store and I simply couldn't get it to cut straight lines. I decided that I needed to purchase the Stampin' Trimmer and it is SO much better. Even Manfred was impressed! So much more solid and most importantly it cuts straight.
Let me know what you think of the card. Manfred says I've set the bar too high for birthday cards now (it's my birthday on Monday!)

Hey There Friend
Thank you for joining me for my first blog post. I am venturing into new territory as a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator. I started stamping and just fell in love with the products. I was simply shocked that I could be creative. REALLY, me! I was instantly hooked.
Here's one of my first projects. It is a simple card that come with the Paper Pumpkin welcome kit. It is such a cute card that I thought I would share:
The paper pumpkin kit came with everything I needed to create four cards. For the one on left I added some white ribbon that I had in the house. The kit gives you detailed instructions and a design to follow if you wish or you can follow your own creativity.
I will be holding Paper Pumpkin Parties in person and online for my paper pumpkin subscribers. Please look at my calendar to see which date works for your schedule and rsvp to attend.
